Équisource offers you two team building experiences with horses in an incomparable environment. The workshop is tailor-made to meet the challenges you face in your team. Whether it is simply to strengthen ties between colleagues or to solve complex problems, our approach with horses allows participants to establish concrete action plans that are transferable in the daily activities of the company.

The activities are personalized according to your needs. To prepare your estimate we make an appointment either by Skype or Zoom to discuss the subjects or themes that you wish to address. The Full Day option can be followed by a BBQ dinner with evening activities (campfire, yoga, meditation, games, etc.)

ANNUAL STRATEGIC MEETING
1 or 2 days dedicated to your team. The primary goal of this privileged meeting is to ensure that everyone understands the vision and priorities of the company. It is also an opportunity to validate that everyone puts their talent, creativity, heart, and mind to work in achieving the company’s objectives. All while adding activities with horses. THIS IS AN INNOVATIVE WAY TO GET OUT OF THE BOX!
